SMS Messaging Program

BookingNexa is a booking and business management platform for service businesses in the United States and Canada. This page describes our SMS program: the messages we send, how a person consents to receive them, how often we send, and how to stop.

What messages we send

  • Appointment confirmations, reminders, and schedule changes to customers who book with a business that uses BookingNexa.
  • Two-way replies for customer care and booking questions between a business and its customer.
  • For business owners who ask for it, a requested demo link and account setup or follow-up messages.

How customers opt in

When a customer books an appointment on a BookingNexa booking page, they enter their mobile number and check the consent box below. The box is not checked by default. Booking is not conditional on agreeing to texts.

Text me a reminder before my appointment

We will text this number with appointment reminders and updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our Terms and Privacy Policy.

Business owners who contact us can also request a demo link during a phone call or by email. When they ask us to text them, we send the requested link and confirm their consent by asking them to reply YES. We record the date, time, and source of every consent.

  • BookingNexa: Hi [Name], here is the demo link you requested on our call: https://bookingnexa.com/demo. Reply YES for setup help or STOP to unsubscribe.

Message frequency, rates, opt out, and help

  • Message frequency varies based on your activity.
  • Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
  • Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe that number.
  • Reply HELP for help.
  • We do not sell mobile phone numbers, and we do not share SMS opt-in information or mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
