Terms of Service

BookingNexa provides booking and business-management software for beauty and wellness professionals, including online scheduling, payments, messaging, and an AI receptionist. The service is currently available to businesses in the United States and Canada.

You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it current. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you register.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the current billing period. Annual plans are prepaid for 12 months.

Prices may change. We will give you notice before a price change affects your renewal. Taxes may apply based on your location.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. You will not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it to send unlawful or unsolicited messages.

You are responsible for the content you upload and for obtaining any consent required to contact your own clients, including consent for SMS reminders where the law requires it.

You own your business and client data. We process it to provide the service and as described in our Privacy Policy. If you cancel, you can export your data before your account closes.

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, add, or remove features over time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect how you use the platform.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that creates risk for other users or for the platform. We will give notice where it is reasonable to do so.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our liability for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You can connect third-party accounts, such as your Google Business Profile, to use certain features. When you connect an account, you authorize us to access and act on it on your behalf to provide the feature, for example to sync your reviews and post the replies you approve. Your use of the connected service stays subject to that provider's own terms, and you can disconnect at any time from your account settings.

If you or your clients opt in to receive text messages through the platform, you may receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates, two-way replies for customer care, and, for business owners who ask for them, demo links and account or sales follow-ups. Message frequency varies based on your activity.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe that number, or reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

We do not sell mobile phone numbers or share text-messaging opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Businesses using the platform are responsible for obtaining any consent the law requires before texting their own clients.
