Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information BookingNexa collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and platform.
1. Information we collect
Account information you give us, such as your name, business name, email, and phone number.
Business and client data you add to run your shop, such as appointments, services, staff schedules, and client contact details.
Usage and device information collected automatically when you use the platform, such as log data and general analytics, to keep the service secure and working well.
2. How we use information
To provide and operate the platform, including bookings, reminders, payments, and the AI receptionist.
To support you, improve the product, keep the service secure, and meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share your client list with third parties for their own marketing.
3. Messaging and consent
When you or your clients receive text messages through the platform, those messages include opt-out instructions. Replying STOP unsubscribes that number. You are responsible for collecting any consent the law requires before contacting your clients.
4. Service providers
We work with trusted providers that help us run the platform, such as hosting, payments, email, and telephony. They process data only on our instructions and under contracts that require them to protect it.
5. Data retention and security
We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements. We protect data with encryption in transit and at rest and with access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices
You can access, update, or export your data from your account. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data, subject to records we must keep by law. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information.
7. Children
The platform is built for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Questions? Email info@bookingnexa.com.
